Telduum Village blocked after quest?

So, after I finished Brienne's family quest and went on the path to romance both her sis and mom, now I cant return to it. I know the quest says thats it for now, but the village zone is lit up until I hit the same zone box you enter the village at, then village box and person silhouette fades to black.

Is current content at this point blocked until new stuff comes out for them or is this a bug?

Fairly safe to assume that we have to wait for more moo family content.

Tho I've been wondering why Brint's sister became milky after we had sex with her (and whatever words everyone else is comfortable using.)
