Haha, thanks! I find it relaxing, so I'm very happy to do it. May be a patch or two before they're added, but thanks to you and everyone who reports, and keep reporting them!
Well then, I'll be honest. After several months where it seemed no one was getting to some of them... I'll admit that I basically just stopped making time and effort to even post some of the typos... buuuuut...
Since you find it relaxing...
I can start to clear out that screenshot folder again (after having to hunt down those scenes and remember what command and option paths they're in).
Purely for your relaxation and to appreciate you.

Is it hard to get into? Been thinking of throwing my hat in the ring.. (writing and editing)
Editing submissions? Not at all--if you check out the submission sub-forum, folks will put up their documents for community review. I know Knife-Wielding Crab has a Nash expac he's got open for review, for example. Karakara has a few up for sure, and Oreo Luma's Clementine might also be up for edits while it awaits review? Worth checking with them.

If you mean editing the game, submit typos as bug reports for a while! I also have been working on the wiki, so I had demonstrated ability to catch errors / being detail-oriented.

For writing, there's a whole guide to writing for the game in the Submissions sub-forum! There are new rules for first submissions--be sure you look at those before you get started.

LMK if I didn't answer your q!

Appreciate it, and no worries. I probably should have already looked into it but I've been putting so many game hours in lately it seemed like a possible fit. I haven't played in years but picked it back up and have been playing again non-stop for over a month. Some of the new content is amazing. Never imagined it would go this far. Still miss the old COC days too tho heh.

(Edit) sorry if rambling, wouldn't mind helping with whatever tbh. This game is a classic and anything I could do would put a smile on my face. Rether writing scenes or editing for other's, its all aces to me lol
AND Congratulations!
(Sorry if I didn't say xP)

All good!! And lol I'm not a writer for the game, or on staff, just a copyeditor who apparently likes to copyedit in their spare time.

And big same, I picked it back up after years early this year and basically just played it for over a month. The story and characters have gotten so compelling.

You definitely should! Lots of ways to get involved. The community's really fun and welcoming, too, I've found.

Serious though, Mai made me cry. If you put pen to paper, you can be a writter lol. Honestly for me, if I have a subject, story's write themselves. Idk why

Well, not to get too far off topic, which is Teawolf Appreciation, but pick a character in the game (that has a sex scene) and write a little scene for them. The author of the character should sign off or give the go ahead and the personality should be considered for speech and actions. The simplest approach is probably a good, sexy dream sequence that could be dropped in when SLEEP is selected usually has the most freedom since it doesn't have to be totally canon or make sense. Just start with Champ groggily opening their eyes and [NPC] is already riding or stuffing them if you need to and even if you can't think of a sexy ending... just have Champ suddenly wake up all horny or confused.

Then post a link in the Submission forum asking people to offer suggestions.

Wrote one for Alante in about an hour. (I think) Pretty sure that character is Wsan's? Dropped a message over there. Thanks to everyone, y'all truly make this game what it is. Cheers.

You wrote it in an hour? With all due respect, I think you're kind of underestimating how much time and work it takes to write scenes for the game, even a dream sequence shouldn't be that fast to write and make it detailed enough and up to standard. Did you make edits to it? Did you post the google doc and ask people on the forums for edits, suggestions and feedback? As a general rule, you should do so before submitting it. Also, in the future ask a writers permission before you start writing not after, to avoid disappointment and wasting time. Talking about writing a character on the other thread seems kind of premature too, you've barely started writing for the game, none of your content has been accepted and again I don't think you get how this works. I don't say this to be a dick, its great you want to write for the game and are so enthusiastic about it but we see people all the time on here who get these grand ideas and think they can immediately make them a reality without thinking them through and realizing the amount of work and build up it takes to get to that point.

I definitely don't want to undercut anything anyone has done. I definitely can see the heart and soul others have put into this game. Tbf, it only took an hour cause I already had an idea and what takes most people a full day I can write in a few hours. If I say I spent an hour on something, I got a nice bit done.

But no, I didn't think I had any sort of permission to post or keep editing it. I feel like I got the majority of what I wanted into the seen and it's ready to be hashed out.

Its not a matter of amount though, its a matter of quality. An entire scene written in an hour with no feedback, especially for a first time writer for the game, is probably not gonna be up to the games standards.

I completely understand how you feel though, would love to get eyes on it. (Shrugs) Feel like my hands are tied on it tho.

How are they tied? You can and should post the scene on a google doc on the forums so that people can provide suggestions, comments and feedback. That's how things work here. Assuming Wsan gives you permission, which I think you could ask him on the Fenco discord since he's not active on here. But regardless, you should ask for feedback on here in general when it comes to writing and before submitting anything that you write.

I have terrible issues with discord but yes, I have tried it.

Am itching to post this thing and put some more "romance" and detail. Idk I mean, it Is a dream sequence though. Don't want to over do it, in a dream after all, so they know your weaknesses. >.>

Just waiting to get word if it's alright to post, really do hope to hear about it but, I'll write some more. No worries.
Alright, just to reiterate one final time, if you want to genuinely write for the game you need to post it on a google doc here on the forums so that people can provide suggestions, comments and feedback so that you can make edits. Then when you think its up to standards you submit it. If you're lucky and they think your writing is good enough, it will eventually get into the game. Again, its not just a matter of length but quality and including the right parsers.

As soon as I figure out how to share from Google doc. lol (Thumbs up)
Should be in the upper right, about sharing the link. Then you set what people with the link can do (generally you want it set to Suggestion). Then post the link.

Have you appreciated Teawolf lately? That's what this thread is about.
