Tease mechanics?

So the Accuracy stat says it increases chance to hit for all attacks, which includes Tease.
Sexiness also claims the same--can this be confirmed? It seem strange there would be two stats for the same effect.
In addition, I don't see it listed in the Codex, but I assume Temptation increases the effect of teases?

Accuracy is a base stat. Weapons/Catalysts affect the accuracy of your attacks and spells; your gears' sexiness does it for Tease attacks.

Temptation is basically Armor Penetration for tease attacks.
