Tavros Dzaan

There's a Dzaan in the Tavros hangar that I can approach but not interact with. There is some bolded flavour text that says "You should think carefully before proceeding, because this might turn out to be challenging." Does anyone know what you have to do to make an interaction possible?

You might need to read the Dzaan codex entry. Might be a level issue too but I'm not so sure on that.

Mhenga. But if you have the option of the Dzaan in the lift (you obviously been to Mhenga) then you just need to read the codex of Dzaan and then approach her.

Read the Dzaan codex entry in Core. Depending on your level, she will be at certain planets thereafter.

I don't recall that being the case. I remember that all you had to do was speed your way to Tavros, get pressed on by her, then walk around Mhen'ga since you obviously become level 2 at that point... unless you ignore sleeping so that you can play as a true level one.
