Talking to Arille in the Bath house

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I'm unable to talk to Arille in the bath house. The context is telling me she is present ("There is a beautiful cowgirl reclined in the pool"), but the option to go over and talk to her is grayed out. Is there a reason for this? Does she only talk to specific genders or races? If this is a bug, let me know and I'll ask in the bug reporting forum.

She's only interested in Champs with a penis (ghostlights included) so if you don't have one she won't interact with you. It could probably use a hint in the tooltip to make her preferences clear, to be honest.

You want to talk to Lady Oxana Evergreen.

If you want a real penis, Blue Egg+Turgid Mushroom will give you one and you can TF it from there. If you want a ghostlight, you go to Evergreen and be able/willing to pay her price.
