Tail genital not working?

So i have a kitsune char with 9 tail cocks, it says i have them in the char description. However when for instance in the victory menu of the Vanae maiden where it says to use your tail genitalia its grayed out and doesnt work. Is it only for parasitic types? And if yes thats pretty limiting ngl

That scene is only for cockvine tails. That is what the writer of that character and scene wanted in this case.
