i noticed that there are unused Busts for Azra and i looked at the wiki and i noticed that there is still a quest on Mryllion that isn't in the public branch, so i was wondering when those will be implemented for i rather enjoy her questline. as well as her bigger breasts on one of the Busts.

It's unlikely they'll ever be implemented; Fen's kinda burned out on writing, and he's Azra's writer, so unless he drafts someone else to do it for him....
Does that mean that there are certain characters and quest-lines that will simply never be completed?
Pretty much yeah, its sort of par for the course with Fenco games at this point.
