I've gone through the wiki and I've done everything I need to get doctor lessau's dialog but it won't show up

The main thing you have to do to unlock the option to go full hellhound on her is having completed Event Whorizon (which is a random halloween event), then having done the "Hellhound" talk with her or choosen "get help" during the small Dorna-cest event, having her in your crew, and having cleared out the Deepsea Research Facility dungeon
