"Synthetic" As a Flag

What I'm suggesting is instead of having synthetic eyes, tails, genitalia, etc, why not have a "synthetic flag" that could be attached to body parts not unlike flags like,:smooth" or "prehensile". that way there could be more diversity in the types of synthetic parts (ie: synthetic Demon eyes, or synthetic Vanae vagina's). I'm not sure if this would be a headache to code but I figured there's no harm in suggesting it.

They probably don't want to open that can of worms. Once you get into artifical body parts, and the implications that come with it, they'll probably need to make some alterations to the code that will create a swamp of potential bugs.

Yeah I kind of figured that. I was hoping someone with some insight into the game code could tell me if this would be possible or even worthwhile. It could make synthetics more interesting.and worth looking for or trying to acquire.

Eh, then we'd have to consider that a part could either be a warm-blooded organic construct, or not.

Unless you want to assert that all synthetic parts have warmth and something functioning as nerves.

I think it could stand to reason in an ultra high tech futuristic universe that limb and organ replacements would probably have at least normal levels of tactile sensation. I don't think warmth would be too much of a stretch either if the parts were intended to be as life like as possible. When I hear the word " synthetic" in reference to body parts I think of synthesized body parts, not like actual bio-mechanical body parts like say bionics, what would be found in cyborgs or in more affordable, less life like limb replacement.
