Synth Sheath Blues

Howdy folks,

I don't know when it happened in terms of patch history but, in the latest patch, there are a number of instances where synth sheath cocks aren't recognized, e.g. can't give horse cocks to Shekka. Did the code for synth sheaths ramify when we got more options for sheaths, breaking the code across the board? Small issue, probably a small fix, curious if others have encountered this.

some encounters require you to have the codex entry for the synthsheath, which i believe is only accessible by using it yourself or on someone who doesn't have that requirement, like penny.

I've already done that, though. There are a number of encounters where the synth sheath is blocked, and I've already got the codex entry and used it on myself.

possibly worth a bug report, but you'll want to provide a save and more, specific information. for instance i assumed that you have shekka as crew as that is a requirement for giving her a horsecock, but that's not information you provided
