So i have talsenne, fire salanamders, the moth, the wolf and some minor elementals, but i heard about frost salamanders so how can i get them?

Well there is no frost salamanders there?
Here you have current full set of summons:

Thalia is a Salamander but I do not think she is "frost" -> she is a ghost from Nina (booze drinking Harpy) Quest.
"Frost" Salamanders that maybe you think about are this one:

For them you need to sleep (it is sleep scene not summon) and have currently equipped Serpent Locket and Ashelander in Stash (as she has priory it seems). Serpent Locket is connected to Convocation of Mirrors - the big spoilers quest.

because they do not have seperate scenes written

I think I heard their scenes are planned for revamp but don't quote me on that. I do hope they'll offer separate scenes as I'm only interested in the princess myself and not the prince so I tend to ignore the pendant after I finish the quest.
