The Pred side has been expanded by 65 Passages to include the first two interactive consumptions The Prey side has been expanded by 76 Passages to include the end of the first night on the Prey side. One fighter added to arena fights

Hrmm... so, there's a lot of niche fetishes on display here, but... lets be honest, whether you like them or not, that's rather par for the course with M/M specific smut games for some reason so I'm mostly inured to that at this point. More importantly, you should write what you like .

On to more critical points;
You need a proofreader at some point; the grammar and spelling were full of errors.
I noticed several 'dead' paths, that simply stopped for no particular reason. I'm assuming that's because the continuation for those paths is still unwritten? If so, consider adding a simple 'to be continued' with a link to the restart.
Some of the scenes, especially the ones with... shall we say, anatomically incorrect kinks, overuse very vague descriptions for what the main character feels. I would recommend trying to be a tad more specific as to exactly what stimuli the character is receiving, and how it makes him feel... other than 'good', ofc.
