I wrote this doc based on a suggestion from a discord server regular, in light of the recent announcement regarding changes to certain perks being more closely tied to racial scores. I firmly believe this idea will serve as a compromise for fen who wants certain racial or item perks to be tied to certain races, and longtime TITS players who were disappointed with the recent changes announced and much prefer the perks to be universal.

Let me know what you guys think, comments criticisms and ideas are welcome as always.

The big thing is you basically have to do TF sequencing on Uveto*. Previously, getting the right parts in the correct order could be tricky (depending on how much they clash), but it was usually doable. Personally, I did it in stages as I progressed through the game.
It's hard to say how this will shake out until I can see the updated system and how much 'cattiness' or whatever is required to keep things.
*Better than nothing, though.

How about a version that can be installed on your Ship? Takes an Upgrade Slot, probably accessed through the Utilities room.

If Bubble Butt is on the list, I don't see why Buns of Steel isn't.

Also limited permanent pheromone perks to one per player.

If you don't see a certain perk on either list, that's because the perk is already permanent/can't be removed by anything in the first place.

Good grief I was just trying to get clarification on if the perk was supposed to be permanent or not(bunch of discord regular were trying to convince me it wasn't) , I didn't think fen was going to go and do all this.

Still the fact he's open to my perk perming concept, means I can fix this.

I feel like deciding which Perks Dr. Lessau will/will not make permanent at this stage is premature. We don't know what which Perks will be changed to have an auto-remove condition and what the conditions will be.
