Correct me if I'm wrong, but the stunned condition feels like it is completely wrong in regards to teasing, especially with how many lust enemies will combo stunning and then teasing you into submission when they are basically immune to the strategy. The stunned condition gives a tease vulnerability of -75%, which logically for Steele means they should take less lust damage themselves. Meanwhile the resistances tend to have their values often going into the negatives and taking more damage.
This strategy of stunning and then lust spamming is most notable with the Vanae and other grapple stunners like the Slyveran pirate, who will often combo stunning with a grapple and doing full lust damage with their grapples while you are stunned. I'd recommend either inverting the tease vulnerability to make stun + lust combo attacks effective or at least making it fair on both sides and reducing lust damage while stunned for Steele as well. Especially since maybe a few items or perks I don't know about, blinding a creature is the only way to make them take extra lust damage.
