Stuck in the Host Shukuchi QuestLine

Hey there, as the title says I'm currently stuck in the Host Shukuchi questline, I beat all 3 encounters on Tavros, Mhenga and Uveto but I still haven't received any email from Celeritas Veritas as I'm supposed to. Any ideas as to why that is / how to fix it ? Thank you
