So according to the wiki (and this seems to fit with what I've seen) if you lose to the Storm Lancer you end up at 0 respect, so he won't fight you.
What isn't listed is any way to then increase his respect again? Since you can't beat him to raise it if he won't fight you. His text seems to suggest that training might help but it doesn't seem to. So if you lose to him twice you're locked out of all his content?
I can't even find what variable it would be on the save editor to fix the respect thing..
