I was wondering, does the Sterile perk and/or the Blank Powder stop a penis-endowed Hero from knocking up Kasyrra during the two scenes (and future ones) where you choose her vagina for sex?

It didn't for the tutorial sequence since that was coded like a year and a half ago before mechanics existed. It will after next patch.
Good thing I had my main Hero pick her backdoor the first encounter. Finding out you're the father is bad enough without the mother being an imp-birthing demon! Also, the reason I asked in the first place was that I figured there was a chance Kas is so ultra-fertile that she'd be impregnated even by an infertile Hero, since there're some NPCs in CoC and CoC2 that can be knocked up despite that they use contraceptives (plus Kiyoko).
