I was wondering if Pink Draught still lets you become sterile/fertile if you have this perk

Pink Draught cures the effects of Temporary Sterility/Infertility, it does nothing to the Sterile perk if you have it.

It's possible (if completely redundant) to give yourself one of the temporary conditions with Brown Leaf or Blank Powder while Sterile and you can use a Pink Draught to remove it, but you'll still have the original perk.

I'm a still bit confused, sorry. So using Pink Draught doesn't change anything? I'm trying to see if you can become temporarily sterile by using the item, if you have the perk; or is it just to reverse the Brown Leaf and other effective items? I don't know if the item overwrites the perk or not which is what I'm trying to find out because after I used it, my sterility stats were still at 0.

...was there something confusing about 'Pink Draught... does nothing to the Sterile perk if you have it'? That item exists specifically to reverse the effects of Temporary Sterility/Infertility which can stack with Sterile but doesn't overwrite it. If you want to treat the actual 'Sterile' perk, you need to use Evergreen's services.

I understand that Pink Draught doesn't remove the perk.

I'm trying to see if it negates the effect by using the Pink Draught

The effect and the perk are one and the same. You literally cannot use Pink Draught unless you have one of the reversible conditions.
