Ok another question about Steph, can you still encounter her in Myrellion, cuz the wiki says you could find her in the no Myr's land for an autograph in her camp, but I think that was only in one of the older versions of the game, not sure if that is still the case now, can one of the devs clarify this, if its still possible for my MC to meet Steph Irson in person??

What was the reason for it and would there or could there be more content for her in the future, or is she done, if you don't mind me asking??

It was dummied out because it relied on Steph getting the Treatment during the New Texas episode; when that was retconned due to being too dark for the team's tastes, the encounter also had to be reworked or removed, so they chose the latter. As for future content: I doubt any of the staff have plans, so it'll probably rely on someone else writing it.
I don't have any plans for more TiTS writing at this time.
There's not really any native "wildlife" on Zheng Shi or Dhaal, but somebody could pretty easily write a Phaedra TV show segment at one of the train stations.
