Steph Irson Autograph

Is there any legitimate way I can still get her autograph without save editing? I'm more of a moral 'get everything I can legitimately for all of my characters' and I can't seem to get the thing anywhere.

Any help appreciated.

That entire encounter was removed from the game ages ago, you kinda have to cheat somehow to get it.

Alternatively, you can try looking for an old (a REALLY old) version, where that encounter was still present. Start your game from that ancient version, play until you'll get that encounter with Steph, save, and then simply continue playing from the current version.
