Stellar Tether Unaccessible

I've done many playthroughs and am familiar with how to access the stellar tether on Tarkus, and the exact tile in which it is accessed. However, in my latest run through it is no longer proccing and nothing happens when I go to the tile to active the Stellar Tether quest for the second probe. I tried doing Anno's quest to see if the requirements had changed, but that did nothing as I still cannot access Anno's Deck13 quest either. Not 100% sure this is a bug as I may very well just be pulling a stupid and missing something blatantly obvious, but pretty sure this is a bug. Plz help.

Also I'm on the latest public windows release of TiTS. Screenshot of me at the tile without Stellar Tether activating attached.

1. Go to the Taxi station.
2. Walk right.
The square doesn't appear on the map, but it still exists.
This will be fixed in the next patch.

You may be on to something with Anno. It's been reported, but you can post a save in case it helps.

The post above covers the steller tether.

For Anno, the save in the other post for some reason had flag "ANNO_ASLEEP" set to null. Null values are not used in tits. It should either be undefined or a value. Not sure if that was due to save editing or another cause. Nothing in the code would set it to null. You may have the same issue.

We are going to add code to remove null flag values in saves to prevent this from happening.
