Just exported my original build and the stats I had in there (almost max in most) are gone. (My libido stat also went from 107 to 35, which caused me to lose my energizing libido perk. RIP) I also cannot redistribute them.

Can confirm the Stat bug. I also lost the Light Jetpack from my Accessory slot.
Tried a 2nd character, lost Tam-wolf 2.0, again from the Accessory slot.
Edit: Removing the Accessory before conversion keeps it in the Inventory.
