Bit of trouble. Stuck in psycho hospital full of crazy people. Locked down on bed.

His teeth come down hard... on her chitin covered fingers. It's like biting a rock and makes his teeth ache as she grabs his jaw and forces it wide before dumping the pills into his mouth and holding his mouth shut "Naughty boy... now swollow those pills!

He groans in pain and lets out a few coughs as the smoke crawls up the back of his throat. He grits his teeth to keep from screaming.

His tail might be unbound, but a spade shaped tip wouldn't help much with straps. Nevertheless, he gives it a shot, trying to loosen the one on his left arm first.

Well this was going to be extremely awkward.
He bends his body at the waist to the side, trying to get his tail and tongue as close to the strap as he can. Then, he tries to use his tail to lift the edge of the strap, and his tongue to pull down the metal clip.

He immediately frees his right arm and legs, before swinging his legs off the bed and crouching behind it, so that he isn't in view of the door. Then, he looks around for something he can use as a weapon.
He sighs and looks at the door. Looks like he would have to sneak out... Or... Maybe mount a surprise attack...? He could, of course, hide behind the door. But if there were two or more people, he'd be screwed. It would be safer to move now.

He immediately leaps out at her from behind, before grabbing her neck and giving it a sharp twist to the right to snap it and kill her.
He immediately pulls the cart in before closing the door enough to leave just a centimeter of a gap.

The jaw clamp could be used as a club... sort of, it might break after a few swings though. Bunch of random pills he knows nothing about...Some syringes could be used for one time stabs but he would have to aim them really good to do crippling damage.
He takes the jaw clamp and two syringes, before opening the door and creeping out into the hallway, looking both sides to make sure nobody was coming.
