"A matter of hours is enough time to risk, isn't it? Or do you want to stay here another night?" He asks, raising an eyebrow.
"Hey, you agreed to come along." He says with a shrug. "Might as well stick it through. You have nothing else to do in the swamp except scare random people passing by." He says, glaring at her.
"Stage one of me turning into a mentally fucked up person like her." He says, tilting his head to Chasey. "I know what's happening. Not like I can stop it, though. But I should warn you, Hina... I'm... Not going to be who I was." He says, not making eye contact with her.
"How the hell was I supposed to know!?" He snaps at her. "You think I was expecting to fucking go insane!?"
"Better than just always being gloomy and shit." He says, rolling his eyes. "At least I want to have some hope that things will go my way, rather than constantly think negatively!"
"Practice makes perfect. I'll wind up being better than you, and then I'll kick your ass for saying that!" He grumbles.
"Grrr... Annoying bitch..." He mutters to himself, glancing at Hina. "I took her along out of a bit of pity, and now I'm starting to regret it..."
"Hmm... Yeah... I suppose you're right... So... I should see her more as a kid that needs to be taught manners?" He asks, calming down a bit.
"Yeah... Alright. I understand..." He murmurs, nodding and continuing on, looking for any mutants with furry coats to kill.
He yelps and laughs, before patting the wolf's head. "Hey hey! Welcome back, boy!" He says, laughing and sitting up to rub the thing behind the ears.
"Oh! Thanks, boy!" He says with a chuckle, before taking the rabbit and quickly skinning it, and tossing the fur to Chasey. "Here. Just rub yourself over with it when you feel cold. Until we find something larger, we'll have to share. Good work, boy!" He says, grinning and patting the wolf in the head as he gives it the rabbit's meat.
"Yeah. It's just a temporary fix. Until something bigger comes along." He says, the corner of his lip twisting upwards in a smile.
"Yeah. I'm glad I didn't kill him right off." He says, chuckling and patting the wolf's head. "We need to give it a name, though. Any suggestions?" He asks.
