"Kai... you just changed a few hours ago... technically it was a day ago by now but still, give your body time to learn."

"Well... I know, but... I need to master it as soon as possible. In.. like... A week or so. Preferably less." He murmurs, frowning.

"Yeah... That's why it was a joke." He says with a chuckle, before frowning. "So what then? Just start yelling and screaming our lungs out? That should attract anything in a pretty wide radius." He says, raising an eyebrow.

Hina rubs her chin before snapping her fingers "Lets start a fire and cook something on it! The smell would surely bring out the keener predators!"

"Oh! Hey, that's not a bad idea. I have plenty of stuff in my bag we could use." He says, grinning as he starts collecting sticks as he walks.

 

[Floozer]

Chasey can't argue so she starts grabbing some sticks and other flammable things as well. "At the same time we have a fire to keep you two warm... so the waiting shouldn't be too punishing."

"True." He says, taking out some venison and starting to collect sticks for the fire as well.

 

[Floozer]

Hina starts getting rocks to make a fire pit and within a few minutes they have a crackling fire ready to go "Set the meat when you are ready."

He nods, and then spears the meat onto a stick, before slowly roasting it over the fire.

 

[Floozer]

The lovely smell of cooking meat soon fills the air, Chasey drooling slightly at the thought of that wonderful meal to come.

"Just a few breezes and we should have unwanted guests."

 

[Archangel99]

"Mmhm. Chasey, be on your guard." He says, sliding his sword to her. "Use that if they get too close. I'll handle the skinning." He says, holding up his skinning knife.

 

[Floozer]

"Oh... yea sure... I have totally used one of these... sharp metal things before."

 

[Archangel99]

"Just... Aim and swing. They'll probably just jump right into the swing if you time it right." He says with a shrug.

 

[Floozer]

She shrugs and swings it around a few times... this may end poorly for everyone.

Hina is constantly on edge now, her gaze flicking around for threats.

"Uhh... You know what..." He reaches out and takes his sword. "I'll take this back. Once we've got some good coats and have some safe conditions, I'll teach you how to use it. I'm not the best, but... Better than you, at least, right now. And it's always better to have two people with one weapon each, than one person with two weapons, right?" He says, smiling at her.
