Essentially, interacting with non-enemy NPCs with the SSTDs in the game could be really fun to interact with. Like a character dealing with Furpies dysphoria or a grouchy woman recovering from Cooties. Personally, I want to see someone infected with Sneezing Tits, I'd be interested in seeing the script writing and sprites such a character would inspire.
