Haven't played in a while but as of the latest version I can't use any spear weapon, the attack button says I can't reach target with normal attacks.
Spear bugged?

It was with any weapon I was trying to use, anyway i resolved the issue by saving and reloading. If anyone else had this problem hopefully this tidbit of advice may help.
Given that you're apparently talking about a bug, you probably should have posted this in the bug reports section rather than the non-bug section.
