I will have them first select a base penis type form equine, feline, kaithrit, canine and many more. that will determine the base shape you can add or remove the nubby flag depending on the penis type.

And in cases where certain races have a variant that prevents the base penis type to be shown I will just add an option for that race (like with feline and kaithrit, Avian and griffon, and to a lesser extent caninae and ausar). If you choose feline you will get a feline cock with the tapered, sheathed and nubby flags whilst choosing kaithrit gives you a feline penis with only the nubby flag. that should take care of the penis head flags

i got another idea for ya. u can decide the type of TF it will be cause i've don't have any ideas rn besides a hair one that makes it easier to switch hair types without any unwanted transformations but, i would love to see one that has a side effect(or the main effect) of dealing with ur taint(lowering it) by basically making it so the microsurgeons deal with quicker like it taking half as long as it would normally be. example however much taint is lost in 30 days, it would be double that amount with the effect.
