Is it verboten to write an NPC that is not any of the pre-established races (humans, lupines, etc.)?
If it is allowed, are there any must considerations that have to be ... considered? Writing a codex page would probably be one, but other than that?
Writing a new region (not like the Foothills or the Old Forest, but like the Old Country or Tronarii) is probably out of the question, but what about writing/creating a new race into a pre-established region?
I don't want to step on any toes, but I want to know whether or not it is worth continuing with my WIP with CoC II in mind or to turn it into a hobby project.
