SnakeByte doesn't show anymore

SnakeByte was never a proper perk to begin with. It was just an invisible game flag that ended up being used everywhere.
Due to this, I made an edit that should add a visible perk for "SnakeByte" if the flag is raised and your character doesn't already have the perk. The perk gain should be triggered silently when checking the Perks menu. I also updated all SnakeByte flag checks to use a more consistent check function (checks for either the perk or the flag). Any new games should automatically gain the perk whenever the flag is raised. These changes should hopefully appear in the next release.
