Signal Booster Thread; Yea or Nay?

I recently came up with the idea to create a thread to act as a way to give some spotlight to some projects that have been flying under the radar, recently.
So, good idea, or waste of time?

I kinda do, especially on some of the stuff that really tickles my fancy. Plus, I've got nothing better to do.

I don't see why not since even if this is a slow forum, stuff still gets buried in slow motion and it's nice to have any old forgotten stuff back in one place.
