So i got the bimbo-domme first through dr.badger, and now I'm trying to get a normal seigwulfe for syri's quest and I'm a lvl 9 but nerrasa doesn't have it in her shop what am I missing/not getting????

You can only have one Siegwulfe at a time.

(Behind-the-Scenes, they're all the same character. Which one you have is determined by certain modifiers.)

So I can buy back the bimbo-domme back afterwards from badger, and it'll be like she never left???

You are supposed to get a personality core for whatever version of Siegwulfe you're giving up which will slot into a replacement model if you buy one. I've never liked the bimbo-domme model so I don't exactly know how that will work with the replacement but Badger seems to have more advanced tech than the rest of the game so it's wholly possible that it springs back to "normal" or you'll have to pay badger for the upgrade back into that chassis.
