Hello, I’m trying to figure out which flag is for the pregnancy portion of sieg, I don’t want to turn off the crew toy stuff but it’s getting a bit much having sieg basically keeping my pc in a constant state of egg pregnancy

Enter this into the Console (F12):
wulfe.configEggs(false)

I'm not sure if the Save Editor can do this. Your other option is to sell the one you have and buy a new one.
