Siegwulfe collar scene happened before Siegwulfe acquired

I don't have cheats active, nor do I have access yo Uveto to buy a Siegwulfe. Scene happened when I docked on Tavros for the first time after leaving Tarkus. Silly mode is on if that makes a difference.

Update: started a new game and the scene happened on my way to Tavros again, but this time I hadn't even unlocked Tarkus.
