This item lacks an interaction function to shrink down breasts, presumably regardless of actual size. Which is weird considering that there is underwear like the Hardlight Thong, Naga/Taur suits, and Gray Goo Armor.

The bra should now be interactable. By default, it will function like any other top. But while wearing it, the player can Interact with it and allow it to conform to various sizes.
The size limit set will lock any breast rows that go over that size and place the remaining size as a negative mod value; the specific value tracked using a corresponding status effect. If the breast sizes ever change after setting the limits, the breast rating mod values will automatically update whenever a passage of time happens.
There is a Release button to reset the limit settings. If the bra is ever removed, or if the player character ever gains or loses breast rows, the bra will automatically reset its settings to avoid any conflicts, returning any deferred sizes logged before continuing.
