Shizuya Group Fuckin and mysterious flags

Ok, for the life of me i cant figure out how to acess the Group Fuckin special interaction with Shizuya. can anyone help me out here?

I also noticed a few weird flags in the save ditor i cant place, namely "Kiro Talk", "seen fleshlight", and "winston crash". Anyone know about those?

Looking through the code for Shizuya, that button is just permanently disabled. Probably was intended for future content that never ended up getting written.

As to the flags, these are just guesses, in order without spoilers: related to another Kuitan, teleporter accident/recruitment quest, no clue on the last one.

I'm referring to a different character's recruitment quest: I only know of 1 biona hole/fleshlight that's story relevant. So unless the flag for that is directly linked to the Shizuya's content you're miles off from what I was suggesting.
