Ship - Crew = 0 but overloaded

Hi everyone.

My ship is weird...
So I was alone on it and I recruited Azra and everything was good.
I did her quest in Mhen'ga. Then I went to Tarkus.
I was attacked on the way but I survive.

I did some exploration on Tarkus.
And now when I want to fly I have the message that the ship is overloaded
That I have 1 crew and 0 room avalaible...
I say goodbye to Azra and went back to Mhen'ga and try to recruit her again but... still overloaded.

I assume my ship was broken so I went to Tavros to speak with Vahn but no option to repair anything.
And same thing at Tarkus...

Did I miss something ? I know I skiped a bit of dialogue with Azra as I sometimes click too fast...
if not, Can I fix it or will I be the lone wolf smuggler forever ?

Weapons and upgrades take up space. Post a save file so one of us can take a look.

I didn't understand the module took the same space as the crew.
So yeah... I bought a lot of them
