Fixed Shierra & Farine Dont have a icon on the map

these two fine gals dont have an icon showing where they are on the map for some reason. it would be very easy to miss them entierly as a result. to hazard a guess, this is likely because of the huskar twins that sometimes also appear in this spot. imo i think it would be best to move where one pair hangs out to remove any potential conflict or confusion

Hopefully fixed for the next release. It was actually checking for the proper flags, but I guess the check wasn't specific enough.
