shield emitters for extra protection

With the weavemail coat she says that she can add shield emitters for extra protection.

"And for an additional charge, we can install secondary shield emitters for extra protection.”

How do I get this? Do I need to have more than the base price listed to have it as an option? Is it an option after buying it? I don't wanna spend almost 20 grand without knowing if I can get it and, if so, how.

if you not see anywhere this option ingame or not meantione how to get it on wiki then there is two possible things:
a) it not yet added and you need to wait for time when it would be eventualy added
b) wiki got outdated info on this one
So if you can you may want try jump on fen discord to ask some of people there about it or maybe if one of devs is not afk them.
