@Violent_Peace Regarding the whole parent/child incest is banned but sibbling incest is a-okay conundrum, think about it this way:
What's more likely:
- that Fen&co did everything they could to keep a kink/fetish that a lot of the playerbase is into, but unlike sibling incest, parent/child incest had to go because of the unfortunate power imbalance and pedophilia implications ? Especially since you only need to play CoC to see that Fen likes parent/child incest????
- or that there is somehow some grand conspiracy to screw the players (who are necessary to keep the game going bc the game is funded via crowdfunding) over just because ?
No one is happy about Patreon's policy changes, not even Patreon themselves (bc porn makes a lot of money on the internet, even if it is """""""dirty""""""" money).
More generally, look at what's happening to Tumblr (who is banning all nsfw from the platform bc the app was pulled from Apple's app store and decided that carpet bombing the whole site undiscriminately was the best solution to the fucking problem).
And Apple's app store fucking hates anything that's nsfw.
If there's any conspiracy at play, it's the rich persecuting minorities by declaring their safe spaces nsfw and nuking them (bc whenever porn is banned, it's never porn aimed at cis straight white men that's under fire), but it's just as likely that it's just big companies not wanting their image associated with porn because it's bad for investors and ads, and throwing nsfw content creators under the bus in the process.
Trust me,
no one is happy about any content going away. You don't need to take your frustration out on the devs.
