"Sexiness" is a concept I couldn't care less about. As much as my "IRL tastes" are largely reflected in characters like Vahn or Geoff, I'd never deem them as "sexy". My "fantasy smut" tastes are not what I like in meatspace and I am not always up in the mood for shagging this or that regardless of how much they appeal to my tastes.
There's also how those "fantasy smut" tastes are largely neglected in TiTS and will always be unless people are creative and put their money/writing where their mouth is

Personally, I find the sexiest races (including hybrids) are those who aren't fully humanoid (minimum of non-human ears & tail) but not full-on anthro (i.e. human face, fur/scales/whatever mostly restricted to limbs), as well as lacking tentacles (or similar appendages). That means races like ausar/huskar, kaithrit, gryvain and hybrids thereof, and most half-humans.
I really like the milodans a lot. Dunno why the thicc cats in every game get me but boy do they get me.

I'd love the Gryvians so much if they weren't exclusively futa. If I could, I'd totally start the game as a masculine non herm Gryvian. And a non herm female or femboy Gryvian would definitely rank as one of the hottest characters in the game to me if one were to ever exist... I love monster girl / boy dragons but yeah them being unavoidably futa puts them in a so close but not quite there zone for me...
The New Texas Cows probably end up taking the top slot for me with Gryvians out of the running. Aursar and Kathrit would be a close follow-up.
Dzaan would definitely also rank amongst the top for me if only they had non herm males available. Or at the very least a Dzaan cum TF available for the player...
I enjoy the Red Myr pretty much solely for the sake of getting the red myr venom TF lol. Having something like that as a cum type would have been fucking amazing....

I suppose I could. I'd really love to see a Gryvian NPC along those lines added someday. Although the chances of that happening are slim to none since I definitely don't have the writing chops to write it myself nor do I have the disposable income to commission it....
Lol once I was given false hope by the art on one of Fen's blog posts but unfortunately that turned out to just be a dickless art variant of an NPC that is meant to have a dick in game...

Do you mean species or race? Two very separate things here. Species is Laquine, Ausar, or Human... etc. Race is Caucasian, Hispanic, or Asian... etc. Assuming you mean species, I vote Laquine. Anthro-bunnies with horse cock and or pussy plus assorted minor details... what's not to love. Race? I love women of all colors, but I prefer ghostly pale white chicks with pastel pink nipples. No they mean race since that is the terminology used in game to categorize the various life forms be it through the in game lore (codex) or by the game's mechanics (racial score).

You have to remember that as far as we can prove, humans created science. Tommy Lee Jones said it best in Men in Black that "A person is smart, people are dumb panicky animals and you know it." Science is there to be disproved. Science is essentially one persons understanding until disproved.
I'm preeeety sure giraffes didn't "create" science. Using a quote from a sci-fi movie about the intelligence of people doesn't help your argument in any way. Science works by coming up with a theory, then seeing if you can prove it (I've never heard of "scientific disproof"). And your last sentence is wrong on so many levels it would take a sixteen page paper to break it down the way it deserves.

So anyways to get this conversation back on track. The galotians, rahn, and grey goos are pretty sexy species. (I'm counting the Grey goo as an artificial species since they can self replicate.) Nova is definitely pretty hot in some of the forms she can take.
I'd really love it if there was a grey goo galomax variant to turn the player into a more synthetic goo. Goo transformation being irreversible would make it the perfect candidate to have a synthetic variant. Since you don't need to worry about the player ever trying to remove their new artificial bits.

Anyways, I'm really dry on options for me personally because most aliens are either humanoids with a different set of ears/tail (Listen as much as I love Ausar they're still just dog people, and vast majority otherwise are still with human faces) or if they aren't they tend to just be furries for the most part. I'd say Laquine as they're my favorite race in general due to bunny bias.... if it weren't for the fact that 99% of the cast roster we have weren't femherms which I don't find sexy and thus puts negative points on the race as a whole for me... but that's just me being petty.

Science fiction and fantasy works often use 'race' and 'species' interchangeably when it comes to sapients. Makes sense when you realise that in such works, different species are usually a metaphor/allegory/whatever for different ethnicities IRL.
For me, it's a tie between humans and suulas.

In the TiTs universe, Galotian and Slyveren would probably be consired the most sexy race, both are highly specialized in extracting protein by sexing the universe so i imagine they are sexually appealing for the rest of the cosmos, but if gray goo can be considered a race I can see they outclassing both races in sexual appeal with easy.
Personally I find Raskvells, Laquine, Rodenian, Suulas and Slyveren to be the most attractive, and as a outlier I'm quite fond of the Frostwyrm.
There are so many sex scenes in this game that either float my boat or launch new craft I never knew I wanted to sail on. Having said that, I will say that anything involving Galotians or Slyveren will get my outboard revvin' every single time.
Sexiest species for me are big, burly Thraggen and Rust Monsters, but I have a soft spot for Kui tan for pure design aesthetics.
