I've made some edits for the next release that should hopefully fix some things, but you'll need to provide info and a save where I can easily reproduce the image issue. The ones you provided so far seem to be fine unless you are looking for something else I am not able to pick up.

The Casual, Business and Dress images only appear during the party quest associated with her. Make sure if you have Match Bust to Artist on, that Sera's base bust is set to Shou.

This one seems to be imported by mistake--if it and its variants are ever used, they'll probably be fore a CG. I've hidden these images for the next release.
Again, if there is something in particular that is off, give some sample text and a save where it appears and I'll try to look in to it. Sera is a bit of a cluster in terms of what artists contributed to what variant of her busts given how long she's been in the game--specifically, the pink skin variants are exclusively all Shou due to no other artists drawing that version. The corset-wearing purple-skin version of Sera is the most common version since that was her initial look in the game before any of her content expansions were added.
