Because I was quoted in that image, allow me to note that while I am a member of development team, I do not have a major role in the review and acceptance/cutting process. The information I expressed there is what I've picked up on during team meetings, so it may be possible that I could be wrong if things change based on the whims of the development process.
That said, when Patreon started changing their policies and cracking down more aggressively on incest content, we had to adapt some of the game's writing to better avoid any of the consequences (as futile as that may seem nowadays). So a lot of the pre-existing incest-leaning content was edited to varying degrees, where possible, to allow for vagueness or just outright nullification. So regardless of any individual stances on the subject matter, the changes made were more for the preservation of the project and to avoid the wrath of payment processors than for anything else.
Any future potential content that focuses on incest will more than likely be refused, whereas pre-existing content may be changed in one way or another to better comply with rules. The reason why I mentioned that further editing isn't a high priority is because the effort put into reviewing and modifying past content to such a degree can be better put into editing and implementing new content, so again that is an efficiency issue rather than a personal stance. Which is to say that we will edit past content at our discretion, particularly if it's worth the resources to do so.
And again, this is based off of what I've gathered in team discussions, so any other dev member can chime in for further clarification. Hope this helps in understanding the situation.
Also note that the wiki is community-run, so while it can help inform and be a very useful guiding tool, do not accept all the information on there as gospel. There are a number of contributors who provide a commendable service in keeping the wiki as up-to-date and as easy-to-understand as possible, but there are still some spots that may need extra touch ups, especially if they are outdated (this is a very, very long-running project after all). If you have any issues with any of the information displayed there, feel free to bring it up in the proper wiki-related forums.
