Not A Bug Scales of Color doesnt change chitin color of demonic arms

Not actually a bug.
1. Because it's hard-coded, rather than referencing Scale color. (Spiked arms are, too.)
2. They're described as 'jet-black'. You can't get 'jet' with Scales of Color, should someone change their mind. (But Hornucopia can.)
3. Scales of Color will also change Demon Wing color (because they're Scaled). (Not a bug, just a note.)

Yes, it is intentional for the demonic arms to not have customizable chitin/spike colors as they grow in as black in color. It doesn't say how much of the arm is covered in that color, so you can use your imagination and decide the arms to be any color you like.
