What do I need to adjust in order to decrease the size of balls?

The size raw in the crotch settings of body in the save editer

That’s what I thought, I set it to 25, but when I load that save, it’s still at 44

Why save-edit when you can just use alchemy in-game? Chestnut-infused pink eggs (which can be bought from Leorah) will shrink them, with a bit of save-scumming if you want a specific size.

I want a specific size, I’d have to save scum for at leat an hour

Every use of the transformative reduces the size by 1-3. Use them until you're 1, 2 or 3 inches bigger than you want. Then save, and save-scum the last use. It'll take under a minute.
