Fixed Rummi's shop items aren't correctly assigned

The items from her utility shop on Phaedra take up weapon slots instead of utility slots.

[TiTS 0.9.146] New Ship Parts Mixed Up

Not sure if it's intentional or a bug so I posted it in both here and the main post anyway. The Phaedra Ship Upgrades slot is using the Ship Weapons slot instead of the usual Ship Accessory slot. Making it unable to utilize all of the new parts effectively.
