I may just be stupid but I'm playing in the new Coastlands area and I found my goats but I cannot for the life of me figure where to get the rope I need. Where the heck do I get the rope? I am playing the Steam version so I know I'm a little behind. If it just doesn't exist yet to block off the lift, that's fine.
