Not yet. I don't think her recruitment will be in until after the TiTS port is finished. There's a lot of William's stuff in the works as far as I know including the upcoming Anno pet play stuff that I think will be coded soon-ish.
Though looking through the code of what is avalable on the public github there's hints of how maybe that will come to pass.
Apparently it will have to do with the player winning too much, she'll get fired and you'll get the option of buying out her contract.

It's pretty much the first thing in her crew expac doc, which is publicly available on the first page of William's Wall through the TiTS projects repository.
Flippin' hell, 250000 or 500000 earnings in blackjack can be brutal. That game in TiTS is waay too crooked.

You can get up to 50k per session with Roo (save-scumming is recommended), and you already need to achieve that 10 times to get her panties, so...
Ah yes, save scumming really helps.
I already got her panties ages ago, so that's... already done.
I was thinking that we would have to hit 250k winnings but the number that appears on her screen which gets deducted if you lose. I lose a LOT due to busts right on the first hit due to me having more than 11 and Roo dealing me a 10. Indeed I would need save scumming to hit that mark.
