Romance & Unique Children?

Don’t suppose we’ve got a current tally of characters we can currently romance meaningfully (by which I mean, there’s explicit options to become their lover and/or marry them) and/or have unique children with? Been a while since I’ve played this game and there’s been a lot of updates, and some stuff doesn’t always make it into the wiki.

Only thing I really remember is that you can have a kid with Tarah and bring them to visit her.

Went poking around in one of my further-along saves, found another addition to the list: you can have a kid with Kailani after doing her quest, assuming you fuck her when she's in heat. They get named Opal.
