Mark an issue as possibly fixed.
I'm submitting a fix for this. Basically all the emails were gated behind a dick check, which is too aggressive. I've changed it so that the concluding emails can be sent without. Hopefully it's accepted.
Just in case it's not, here's a save using the fix over here. I waited 24 hours to get the email to happen, but didn't do anything else. Cheers!
